The exits are D6 for the Toei Mita Line, A5 for the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, B2c for the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line (from the Central East Gate), and C14 for the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line (from the Central Gate). Use these exits to get from the platform to the ground level easily.
