【多摩市内の米作農家4戸によるお米でできた日本酒】

聖蹟桜ヶ丘駅にほど近い多摩市関戸5~6丁目あたりの丘は「原峰」と呼ばれます。この地域にこんこんと湧き出る泉の水を使って栽培された麹米と、多摩市内の各地で収穫されたうるち米で作られる「原峰のいずみ」は、50%まで精米し仕込んだ、生粋の多摩の地酒です。都内では多摩市だけの「純米吟醸」。純米の吟醸香が芳しく、白ワインのように冷やすとフレッシュで飲み口抜群です。

"Sake Made with Rice from Four Rice Farmers in Tama"

The hill near the fifth and sixth blocks of Sekido in Tama city near to Seiseki-Sakuragaoka Station is called "Haramine." "Haramine no Izumi", which is made with malted rice cultivated using the spring water that wells up in this area and non-glutinous rice harvested in various places in Tama city, is a pure local sake of Tama prepared with rice polished up to 50%. It is only in Tama city where junmai ginjo (high-quality sake brewed with no added alcohol or sugar) is produced in Tokyo. The aroma of the junmai ginjo is fragrant. It has an outstanding refreshing taste when cooled like that of white wine.
