創業110余年、東京あきる野市の自家醸造蔵で作られている「キッコーゴ」の醤油。秋川の清流と緑豊かな多摩の地の自然に育まれて生まれます。近藤醸造が作るめんつゆは、国産の大豆と小麦を原料とし、約1年の時間をかけて発酵熟成させた風味豊かな本醸造醤油をベースにした、濃縮タイプ(5倍)のつゆの素です。麺つゆにだけでなく煮物などお料理にも幅広くご利用いただける、地元あきる野市でも人気の高い一品です。

"Kondo Jozo" is a soy sauce brewery in Tokyo and has brewed quality soy sauce with the brand name "Kikkogo" for over a century. Situated near the clear stream of Akigawa River that goes through the Tama area, Kondo Jozo's aromatic Whole Soybean Soy Sauce is brewed for a year from domestic beans and wheat and best for daily usage. This Mentsuyu made with such soy sauce is five times concentrated soup base. It can be widely used not only for noodle soup but also for cooking such as stewed dishes. It is a popular product even in the local Akiruno City.
